Annual Plant Sale
This year's sales was Saturday, May 28, 2011
Our plant sale is our primary fundraising event each year. All of our members are asked to contribute plants from their gardens or volunteer to help at or before the sale. Plants are labeled, and potted up about 2 weeks before the sale to allow them to recover. We always have some very unusual and desirable plants at the sale, as well as the more common items.
The 2011 Plant Sale was a wonderful success.

Community Garden Maintenance
Involves spring clean-up (about 2 hours) on a date in early May that best suits the volunteers; two sessions between June and September (about an hour each) for weeding, deadheading, and sprucing up; and one session (about an hour) in late October to put the garden to bed for the winter.
